HVEF invites educators, parents and community groups to submit applications for grants. Grant applications are due on October 25, 2024 and are awarded in December.
Great Idea Grants (up to $1,000) are available to teachers for programs which cannot be funded by the District. That means, HVEF does not fund core-curriculum materials, but new experiences that will expand education for our students.
A Foundation Grant will be a grant to serve as a model for the district or have district-wide implications. These grants could be: a result of a successful great idea grant; be applied for from a cohort; be a community-wide, district-wide or school-wide initiative in need of funding.
If awarded a Grant, please complete the form below and upload your receipts. Reimbursement will take about 2-4 weeks to process. Make the most of that great idea. Purchases should be made no later than March 31 of the school year the grant was awarded. If additional time is needed, please email Nick Peruski.
